• Full refunds are issued up to thirty days before the event
• 50% refund issued from thirty days to seven days prior
• Refunds will not be issued after seven days before the event*
• Registration substitutions are accepted until three days before the event to the Provincial PD Coordinator

BCIA Branch Events

• Full refunds are issued up to fourteen days before the event
• 50% refund issued from fourteen to seven days prior
• Refunds will not be issued after seven days before the event*
• Registration substitutions are accepted before and at the event

*Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis; however, cancellations after three days before the event may be refunded to a maximum of 25% of the registration fee.
