This PD Event is open to: ALL Registrants of BCIA

Thank you for your patience in receiving the 2022 Audited Financial Statements. The 2023 BCIA AGM, which originally began on April 22, 2023 at 9:00 AM will continue on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM PST online via Zoom.

The BCIA Board and staff will present the 2022 Audited Financial Statements for approval. A representative from BDO, the financial auditor, will be attending and available for questions.

All those who register will receive the Zoom details will be emailed a few days before the event & they may be posted to the website on the morning of the AGM.

In compliance with Bylaw #31, the business conducted at the annual general meeting shall include:

• (b) adoption of the audited annual financial statements;
• (e) any other outstanding business specified in the notice of the annual general meeting.

NOTE: If you are in the Articling Program and want to complete your requirements by attending an AGM, this is a continued 2023 BCIA AGM and does not qualify. You will need to attend the 2024 BCIA AGM on May 8th (hybrid).
