By accessing the information in the List of BCIA Registrants or Registrants Contracting Services to the public, I agree to release, indemnify and save harmless the BCIA, and its' agents, representatives, staff, management, Councillors, committee members, and Registrants former and present from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands arising from the access to or use of any information contained in either listing.
